With the Covid-19 lockdown being introduced the life came to a pause for the entire globe. Professionals, students and experts of a wide variety of professions were affected because of this. Therefore, EXORDIUM was born in this phase of adversary with a sole purpose of providing quality services and engaging in training the professionals, students and creating awareness amongst the general public about the various aspects of society.
EXORDIUM EDU HUB is the result of three distinct organisations namely ACTIONESQUE CONSULTING, BASKARAN & ASSOCIATES and GST GURUKUL. We are a team of experienced working professionals from varied fields of work, who have come together to initiate and launch EXORDIUM EDU HUB. With the underlying objective of dispensing our years of experience and knowledge in the industry to help bridge the information gap on technical and in demand subjects, we have launched a series of affordable courses on Space law, Fashion law, AI ML law, Intellectual Property Rights, Taxation, Management and Cyber Laws and many others launching soon. PROF. QURESH MOOCHHALA
He hails international degrees from Australia’s University of Wollongong (B.Com – Double Majors) & United Kingdom’s London Metropolitan University (MBA) and has more than 10 years of experience in teaching and 8 years in private consulting, respectively. He is the founder and principal consultant of Actionesque Consulting and has handled several marketing and branding projects for start-ups and SMEs till date. With a unique combination of work experience, training and imparting management-based education in cities ranging from Dubai, London, Mumbai, Pune – he specializes in the field of Marketing, Branding, Research, Advertising, Strategic Management and Consumer Behaviour. His research papers on colour, travel, OTT have won accolades at national and local levels.
ADV. H B KESHAVA
Adv. H.B. Keshava is an alumnus of The University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun and later completed his Masters in Law from Indian Law Society’s ILS Law College, Pune. His areas of academic specialization are in the field of Law, Science and Technology, which includes Energy Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws, Business Laws, Dispute Resolution, Labour Laws and Space Laws. He is an avid researcher and litigator. He holds many years of experience in the field of law. He has also been an academician for over a long period of time. He is the founder and managing attorney of Baskaran & Associates Technology Advocates.
MR. A K SINHA
Mr. A.K. Sinha is the founder and partner of GST Gurukul, and a registered GST Practitioner. Mr. Sinha advises & represents various governmental departments and a spectrum of businesses on GST related aspects. He also works with state chapters of ASSOCHAM, FICCI & IIA in the state of U.P. He has also authored the book – Understanding GST published by Eastern Book Company along with his co-founders under GST Gurukul, and his book has been graced with a preface and notes of appreciation by J. Sikri (Retd.) and Amitabh Kant, CEO, Niti Aayog.
ADV. UTTAKARSH MATTIKOP
Adv. Uttakarsh Mattikop is an alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed-to-be University New Law College, Pune; and a Masters in Law from Indian Law Society’s ILS LAW College, Pune. His area of academic specialisation is in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, Cyber Laws and Trademark Law & Practice. He is an enthusiast learner and a seasoned
trainer. He has an interest and passion in the field of Academics. He is also an experienced trainer for young interns. He is the Senior Associate of Baskaran Associates.
